Booking, changes and cancellations policy

Deposits

Bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total booking value (including taxes).

Changes

Due to the global COVID situation, If you book before or on April 30th 2021 you will have an allowance of ONE DATE CHANGE for up to one year after the original booking, with no penalty, until 11:59 pm of day 7th before check in. All changes are subject to availability and the payment of fare differences, if applicable.

Changes requested after day 3th before check in will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total booking value

Cancellations

You can cancel your booking until 11:59 pm of the day 15th before check in and you will get your booking deposit refunded, except any commissions or charges made by the payment method selected (if applicable),

If you cancel your booking after 11:59 pm of day 15th before check in, you will not be eligible for a refund.
